Customer care is a duty

GB Barberi can support you by training, maintenance and troubleshooting. Technical and after-sales services are provided during the warranty period.

This may be extended with scheduled maintenance contracts. Maintenance works can be carried out either at our facilities or on site.

We guarantee the availability of spare parts, both original or after-market, up to 10 years.

We strive for long life service products by offering to our customers technical upgrades and revamping promptly.

ON-SITE
MAINTENANCE

Attentive maintenance keeps equipment in full operational efficiency, that’s why we certify and guarantee each product post maintenance. Our know-how allows us to work even on similar products from different manufacturers.

IN-HOUSE
OVERHAUL

We guarantee both periodic and zero-hour overhauls. We check and propose technical and technological updates or variants in compliance with new legislation, delivering a fully functioning product.

SPARE
PARTS

Original and aftermarket spare parts are guaranteed for at least 10 years. Thanks to MRP 4.0 we manage procurement and shipment anywhere in the world so quickly to enable prompt operation.

TRAINING
& SUPPORT

We support customers through training about use, maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring technical and after-sales services throughout the warranty period, which can be extended and scheduled.
